Day 1: Arrival at Paro and transfer to Thimphu (~ 1 hr drive)
On arrival at the Paro International Airport, you will be received by our representatives. Drive to Thimphu (~ 1 hour). Visit few important temples and explore Thimphu town.
Day 2: Thimphu sightseeing
Full day sightseeing in Thimphu with day hikes and local home visit
Day 3: Thimphu to Punakha
Drive to Punakha (~ 3 hrs) with stop at the Dochula pass (3100 m). Visit Chhimi Lhakhang in Punakha.
Day 4: Punakha
Full day sightseeing in Punakha including visiting a village and spending time with the villagers.
Day 5: Punakha to Paro
Drive from Punakha to Paro (~ 3.5 hrs). Visit the National Museum (Ta-Dzong) and the Rinpung dzong in the afternoon.
Day 6: Paro
Hike to the Tiger’s nest monastery (Taktshang). Visit Kyichu Lhakhang.
Day 7: Departure
Drive to the Paro International Airport where our representatives will bid you goodbye!
