Day 1: Arrival at Paro and transfer to Thimphu
You will be received by our representative. Drive to Thimphu (~ 1 hr). Sightseeing in Thimphu.
Day 2: Thimphu to Punakha
Drive to Punakha (~ 3 hrs). Enroute stop at the Dochula pass (3100 m). Sightseeing in Punakha.
Day 3: Punakha to Gangtey valley
Drive to Gangtey valley (~ 3 – 4 hrs). Take a short hike in Gangtey.
Day 4: Gangtey to Punakha
Sightseeing in Gangtey and drive to Punakha.
Day 5: Punakha to Thimphu
Punakha sightseeing in the morning. Drive to Thimphu.
Day 6: Thimphu Tsechu
Attend one of the most popular festivals, the Thimphu Tsechu. Drive to Paro in the afternoon.
Day 7: Paro
Hike to the Tiger’s nest monastery (Taktshang). Visit a traditional farm house.
Day 8: Departure
Drive to the Paro International Airport where our representatives will bid you goodbye!
